Shipping Policy – UK & International

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

UK delivery times

  • Standard delivery: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery is not currently offered; all orders ship on our standard service.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on order value and delivery option.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; when available, these will be clearly displayed on site.

Delivery areas
We deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Certain remote areas (such as Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) may have longer delivery times or additional charges, which will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

International enquiries (Europe & United States)

For orders shipping to Europe or the United States, typical delivery charges and timeframes will differ from our standard UK rates, and additional customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply.

At present, these orders are handled on a case‑by‑case basis rather than through the online checkout. If you wish to place an order for delivery to Europe or the United States, please contact us at hello@idactive.shop so we can confirm current options, costs and any applicable import requirements before you purchase.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees applied by the destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes and fees

For any orders delivered outside the United Kingdom (including Europe and the United States), all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or handling fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not control these charges, and we do not cover, refund or pre‑pay any customs duties, import taxes or related fees. If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for:

  • Checking any import rules and restrictions that apply in your country

  • Paying any customs or import charges required for your parcel to be released and delivered

If you refuse to pay such charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed, we may deduct any costs and charges incurred (including outbound and return shipping, and any carrier fees) from any refund that may be due, where permitted by law.

Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend your order.

Missing or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@idactive.shop with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.
